Today I wanted to take a few minutes to highlight the Pop 'n Cut Cards that are in the new June Kit. There's something special about a card with an interactive element. I always try to design with some kind of dimension on my cards and with the Pop 'n Cuts that's so easy to accomplish... well... because they POP UP :) Both these cards are available in the new CHALKBOARD GREETINGS KIT
Let me share with you a little about Karen Burniston - She is the designer of all of the Pop 'n Cuts in the Sizzix Line. A little snippet from the Sizzix Blog...
Karen Burniston is a well-known designer and papercrafter who focuses primarily on designing pop-up and interactive techniques. She has been published in all the major papercraft magazines and has contributed to numerous idea books. She teaches pop-up classes at stores and events throughout the world. Her family consists of John, a fellow engineer, twin children, Karl and Emma, and one dog who thinks she's a cat, Lucy. From me: I've watched Karen's brand grow over the seveal years she's been a designer at Sizzix and I have to say that each new release is a new favorite of mine. Head on over to her blog : I AM NOT LEFT HANDED and have a look around!
