Here is the companion card to yesterdays post. I cut this tree using the Sizzix eclips machine and used this technique for the woodgrain. Actually I had the tree already done and in my stash of embellished die cuts from the post I did about the technique.
More Chevrons... papers and chipboard letters from Bella Blvd "Love and Marriage" Line.
After I finished all three of these cards I realized that they all had the phrase LOVE on them and that made me very HAPPY!

I posted these projects on Scrapbook update a few weeks ago and now it's time I can share them here in my space. It's been all about the delicate details for me lately. I'm finding comfort in doing this microscopic work. The card below is only 3x3 so imagine how small those banner pieces are. Butterfly is a Thinlit from Sizzix, the details you can get from these dies is amazing!
And those tiny dots on the patterned paper. Oh my, so sweet.
Also pretty in love with this pack of American Greetings pack of card bases I have. They have the patterns printed right on them. Chevrons... Swoon... still can't get enough of them!
And back to delicate... love this new doily shape from the Sizzix Thinlit "For the Record" by Echo Park Collection.
