This week called for a little kitchen rearrange. We've lived in our house for 13 years and I originally set it up to have my most used items in the most convenient place, but then the most used items were baby items. So I moved a few things around and got some spice rounders that actually spin. Now all my spices and baking items are super handy in the corner of my counter where I work the most.
I also moved all my cook books to a shelf that I can reach. I don't really cook that much from cook books but I do use the reference books alot these days. Especially the calorie counter and the Super Foods Book. I LOVE that book.
So lets review last weeks health goals... #1 No fast food... check, done. No fast food for me, I went to Taco Bell but I brought my own salad, it was WAY better than anything they serve at Taco Bell. #2 Hit the farmers market... check, done. This week we got some delicious oranges, squash, broccoli and some herbs. Oh and the most scrumptious rye bread made by a super nice german lady. #3 walking... not done. If at first you don't succeed try and try again.
This weeks goals...
#1 I'm gonna go for week two of no fast food. #2 Take my measurements #3 Some kind of exercise.
Many congrats Deena, you are doing great! I am starting a 2 - 3 month detox on Sunday, so I will be rooting for us both!
Loved your new Sizzix dies too, I really must update my collection and flowers are just what I need the most for sure!
