My list in order....drop off son at preschool, grocery store, pedicure, make appetizer for baby shower tonight, pick up son, visit friend from church, home, lunch, speech class for son, home, make cookies for baby shower, wrap gift, make dinner, clean up dinner, go to baby shower....come home & hopefully spend quality time with hubby before it's time to hit the sheets! Busy day today....but it'll be a good one!

Well, so far this is how it's gone--I went to work, staffed a bunch of patients with our clinicians to make sure they all is going smoothly, went to the doctor had an EKG for my heart to make sure my recent high blood pressure scare didn't result in any heart damage, or stroke. Delivered some old clothes and stuff to Goodwill, and donated some money to a homeless shelter ( my good deed for the day) on my way to run errands, cooked, cleaned, did two loads of laundry, took a 2 mile walk with hubby and dog Tito just now at 4:30pm, made a haircut appt for later this week, and changed the sheets on bed- that's is so far.......

What I'd love to do today...have a nice leisurely breakfast, read the paper, read blogs and surf the internet, have lunch with girlfriends, get a pedicure, craft the afternoon away and then go to an adult restaurant with my husband, come home cuddle on the couch together while watching tv and then get a good night's sleep.
My reality for today...carpool neighbor and daughter to school, quick trip to Target for a few essentials and milk, take sick little boy to his pediatrician for a follow up to our urgent care and ER visit on Sunday. Boy's diaper doesn't do it's job and leaks all over my leg in doctor's office. Make lunch and get said boy down for a nap, take few minutes to catch up on blog reading before daughter gets home from school and it's homework time. Get boy up from nap, listen to his whining (lots of it the past few days), figure out what to make for dinner, get daughter to soccer practice, make & eat dinner, start bedtime routine with both kids, prep for tomorrow, watch a bit of tv and then off to bed, exhausted!

I am going to be positive today...despite the interruption in sleep last night, the climbing numbers on the scale, the 2 year old that doesn't want to be potty trained, and the gray sky outside bringing us rain for the next three days...I am choosing my attitude and it is going to be a good day.

Today's a work day, but I hope to get out at lunch at go for a run. It's nice and sunny, so it should be good.

It's going to be a BEAUTIFUL day here in central Indiana! I'll be at the doctor's office, a cross country meet and soccer practice. And hopefully somewhere in there have time to finish laundry and make dinner! Enjoy your day!

today I will be watching 12 kids, making spiders for a craft show and putting together a scrapbook basket for a fall festival. Sounds like fun right?

Exciting day today...moving furniture from one room to another. Carpet cleaner will be here tomorrow morning. So wonderful having a new puppy to train. Ü
