I am... Looking for a new hobby. It can't be anything that has to do with crafting. Please leave me your suggestions in the comments. I can't wait to hear what you think.
I can't... Stop listening to this Have You Ever. On Alis blog last week I linked up to her song "The Story" which I also love but Have You Ever is my favorite. It just makes me happy... Maybe I should take up yodeling, but my voice stinks!
I tackled... a monsterous to do list this weekend. Feels good to take care of many loose ends.
I need... so many things, but I think i'm going to take some good ol' lovin' from my girls this morning.
I want... to go on a crusie to Mexico again this fall, but hubby wants new tile for the house. Boring!
I made... a whole bunch of stuff this weekend. Like this...
Hope you have a great Monday!
How about knitting? It's soothing (proven to be meditative), easy to learn (I taught myself using online videos), and portable! You can do quick projects like dishcloths (plain or with raised designs knitted within) or scarves, or afghans, or sweaters...you name it!

What a beautiful card. I started making some personalized notecards with my new niece's name on them. I think my sister-in-law will like using them as thank you cards for the gifts she's received.
Like the previous post, I like to garden, too. We have a tiny yard so it's manageable. I have beautiful roses and hydrangeas growing in our backyard. I usually grow some veggies in containers in the summer but we just didn't get around to it this summer, next year.
Keep us updated if you find a fun new hobby.

Gardening (in pots) is one of my favorite hobbies next to painting. But, I think painting is still too "crafty", so maybe gardening might be up your alley. The pro's of gardening are: creating beauty in a natural way, caretaking a lifeform to grow, the abundance of produce (if vegetable gardening) you can reep and save money instead of buying all at the grocery store, (if flower gardening) you can clip the blooms and have fresh flowers in and around your home year round. The best thing about gardening is that you can do it in any season (there are plants and flowers for all seasons). Interested????
