Five things in my closet; a waterski, a gun safe, a filing cabinet, Randys wardrobe; 500 white tee shirts, count em' 5 new hawaiian shirts, a pair of shorts he thinks is black but they are navy blue, and my clothes freshly cleaned out of lots of tent size clothes now working on the sleeping bag sized clothes. HAHAHA

Five things in my car; Kylahs car seat, girls books, a diaper bag which I just refreshed with clothes that fit the girls, I don't know why I was carrying around size 4T stuff, canvas shopping bags, Hello Kitty blankets.

Five things in my purse; My sunglasses, Niguels sunglasses, Lip gloss, cell phone, and my new Epi pen

Five things on my desk; Christmas Cards, AAA tour book Oregon/Washington, A note from Kylah I quote "Tonight Daddy called me a F word kid, when you get home wake him up and tell him he's one too" (yes hes a bad daddy, but in his defense let me just tell you i've thought it so many times in the past week I guess he just said it first, please don't call social services now), Kids computer games for Cale & Keely, and an article from my mom.

Here is my creative contribution today. Yes I hand painted those flowers. This is the one I did last night. Today I did two more pages in my family book, I will photograph them in the daylight tomorrow.

Movin on and Lookin' forward

So I have been a crappy mood all weekend... I won't sugar coat it for you. Hurt feelings, anger issues, motherhood issues, wanting to throw in the towel, a totally toxic attitude. I have never considered myself to be a very patient person, despite lots of people telling me I am. I learned this weekend that patience is really about tolerance. I'm learning to tolerate the things that I cannot change,  and work hard on the things that I can. If you know me there is one thing that I can't stand and thats a pity party. So when I go to bed tonight i'm leavin' it all behind me.

When I looked at my blog on Thursday I noticed that it said "Be Creative" and realized that I really have not been creating much of anything. I have promised myself that I would make time everyday to "Be Creative" Heres what I came up with today.

This a book and some cool 7 gypsies stuff that Stephanie gave me for my birthday! Just some odds and ends photos.

This is a card that made for my card class August 29th.

I made a LO also but i'll have to post that tomorrow, the paint is still drying.

Mommy my brain hurts

No this isn't a pirate... Yesterday evening she tells me her neck hurts... I  tell her it sounds like she has a stiff neck. Then she tells me my eyes, neck, throat, back, nose, mouth, hair and brain hurts. What the he** do you give someone that hurts like that? AHHHH yes, Motrin! Randy calls me hours later on his shift and tells me she is complaining about her ear. Glad that she was able to localize the pain description for him, I inform him hes on his own to early for another dose of motrin. Today when I wake up looking forward to my day at home after my schedule was cleared from a beach club cancellation I  see her eyes are watery. I fill up a glass of water and let the dog out. Before my eyes her eyes start to swell and ooze. Call the Dr. Dr. T is glad to see her, she has been healthy with no Dr. visits for two years. He opens with a joke as soon as he opens the door "Wow  we're gonna have to keep an EYE on that!". She has an eye infection and a massive ear infection.  Two prescriptions later we arrive home and I just know its just gonna suck putting in these eye drops. And I was right, I can now make another enrty in my dark side of motherhood journal. I'll spare you the pain of the crying, yelling, hitting, dragging, sitting on, holding down story, I certainly did not score any mommy points today! in the end I don't think any even got in her eye. But after Randy helped me with the 2nd dose they already look better! The best part is we get to do it 3 times a day for seven days! Oh Boy! The only saving grace is my mom will be pulling off two of thse days!!! Man that girl makes me nuts! It kills me that she is hurting so bad and resist any help. As for me I had my allergy test yesterday... I had 82 injections in my back and 18 in my arm and guess what. I'm not allergic to anything! Not even slightly. Had a sinus xray... nothing! Had blood test today, so I'll keep you posted! Signing off for tonight...

Oh and let me introduce you to my friend Jo, shes no longer a stalker! Yeah Jo. Hi Shan, thanks for sending some of your phoenix heat our way, miss you guys too! Cathy my friend since 5th grade, you take care. I'll say a little prayer for you that you'll soon be enjoyng all these little motherhood tales!

Monday

Mondays seem so much less painful in the summer! But why is it that kids sleep in when you're awake early and are up at the crack of dawn the one morning you want to sleep in. Laundry going, computer on, dog howling at me... all right outside their bedroom doors... nothing... I need to get going, things to do... I bet I can lure Niguel out of bed with the smell of some bacon and eggs. For those of you that can't make it to our Be Creative Simply Complicated Way Crop on Saturday night... Steph and I have set another date for it for Tuesday August 22nd. This will be projects only, no crop. Its offically on the calendar at TT. Preppin for Christmas Card class tomorrow, and gettin' the TT calendar finished up! Yep like I said lots to do... Allergy testing tomorrow, garage sale Sat. Have a great one! Heres a cute pic of my bathing beauties!

Reunion

Last night was a big day for me. We had a great reunion with my cousin Eric and his wife Josie, and the new baby O. They have been living in the Ukraine for two years, helping to set up a new church and doing all kinds of other work for the lord. They have spent the last two years in language school and now Eric will be teaching. Honestly the work that they do is so beyond my understanding I can't do it justice by trying to expain it. Let me just simply say that they do lots of good! I have missed them terribly and so have the girls. It was great to see them again back home in the states, healthy, happy and with a new baby on the way. I don't know why but I took no pictures of our reunion. I was just happy in the moment catching up and chatting so I stole these pics from their blog. (hope it was OK to share them!)

Baby O is expected in September and they will stay till Thanksgiving before heading back to Ukraine. We'll do lots of visiting till then. It was great, a great great day!

It was a great time and I am so thankful to these ladies for being so faithful, I have really enjoyed coming up with ideas for you each month. Surprise Emergency room trip

Well this certainly was an interesting weekend. First off I got tons accomplished around the house. I am cleaning out everything, for a garage sale on the 29th. Got some scrappin' done and reorganized most of my scrappin' supplies. Even got all my laundry done and the downstairs cleaned. Girls were happy writing letters to everyone we know and crafting everything out of the trash, I have a lovely "welcome to the Zieglers" spinning windsock thingy made out of an orange juice container. Randy was off doing what he loves best working on a friends hot rod for the labor day cruise. All was good.... right... then after a very short nap it all went downhill, I woke up with ichy palms. I had a spell like this a few weeks ago. So I ran for the benedryl but no such luck it didn't help. Soon my feet were itchy and I broke out in hives all over. Whole body covered in blotchy red welts. Felt like throwing up. This time the itching was so much worse total funny farm itching episode, and I thought "this is bad". Randy made me sit on the bathroom floor so he could watch me while he showered in case I had to go to the emergency. I was seeing an amazing show of red and yellow lights on a black background while my eyes were open. Almost passed out ut was able to lay down and get my bearings.  I laid down on the bed and started to feel a little better but decided I was cold and went to Kylahs room to get a throw blanket. Thats where I blacked out and hit the floor like a huge sack of potatoes. Friggin miracle I did not hit my head on something or get strangled by a chinese jumprope, that room is a pig sty! Randy ran up the stairs and when I came around he said "thats it we are going to the emergency". Dear friend Patsy comes for girls (thanks again Patsy, sorry you missed your home party) and off we went on another blazing trip to Irvine Medical center (flashbacks to 1999 the night Kylah was born, Leave our house at 2:49am and she was born there at 3:06am). Checked in with low low blood pressure got a shot in the butt of steroids and some other pills, start to feel better. See Dr. and was diagnosed with mysterious allergic reaction, ummm duh! The funny thing is I have never been allergic to anything. But she tells me the bad news that each time this happens it will be worse. So if any of you get a call from me that my palms are starting to itch, please check on me!!! So today I realize that I have had a sinus infection for two weeks and start to panic because I have heard that if they go on to long it can spread to your brain. Tomorrow 8 am I will be calling the Dr. and I guess I need some skin test for allergies. Fun weekend though.. A small payback to Randy for all the times I have sat with him in the emerency room. Today was mellow just around the house recovering. Hope you all had a good one!
