Blessed Greetings - November Creative Cards

Hi All... Happy Fall to all of you! Wishing you the very best this season! Below are a few additional tips and tricks for putting your cards together. 

Make yours just the way I did or feel free to mix it up and create an original... everything coordinates!

Card #1 - Fold card stock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow. Layer flower die cuts with buttons and twine and attach. Mat sentiment and attach. Attach small tag with twine and add die cut heart.

Card #2 - Fold card stock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Attach embossed paper. Mat sentiment with patterned paper and attach. Add die cut hearts. Wrap ribbon around the card and tie in a bow. Attach tag with twine and add button.

Card #3 - Fold card stock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Attach doily. Attach scallop circle. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow. Mat sentiments, trim notch edge and attach. Attach buttons and twine. Mat large sentiment and attach.

Card #4 - Fold card stock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around, tie in a bow and attach embossed paper. Attach button and twine. Mat sentiment with patterned paper and trim edge with decorative scissors. Trim small sentiment and trim notch on the end, attach. Attach str and heart die cut.

Card #5- Fold card stock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Mat embossed yardstick with cream card stock, and attach. Cut doily in half and tuck under the edge (reserve the other half for the tag). Attach strip of patterned paper. Mat sentiment and attach. Attach die cuts and twine bow.

Card #6 - Fold card stock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Mat embossed card stock with cream yardstick and attach. Mat sentiment with patterned paper and attach. Attach leaf die cut and add ribbon bow and button with twine.

Tags - Attach twine hanger to tags. Attach patterned paper. Mat sentiments and attach. Attach bows. Tuck doily under the sentiment. Attach flower die cut. Attach stars, pearl and button.

Classic Greetings - October Creative Cards

Hi Crafty Friends! I've got some cute cards for you this month... Hope you enjoy creating along with me! Here are some additional tips and tricks for putting your cards together. I've used a brown and gray ink to add  some color to the edges of several parts of my cards. As well as some pen details in black or gray. Do the same if that kind of look is your style! White envelopes are included for all the cards. 

Card #1- Fold cardstock to form card base.  Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a knot. Trim sentiment and attach to label die cut, attach to card. Attach die cut phrase. Add die cut flowers and buttons and rhinestones.

Card #2 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Layer flower and leaf die cuts and attach to card. Add button with twine bow. Trim sentiment and attach.

Card #3 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Attach small polka dot bag. Trim sentiment and attach. Attach button with twine bow. Attach sentiment and flower to blue mat, slip inside of the bag on the card front.

Card #4 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a knot. Trim sentiment and attach. Attach flower trim and ruler die cut. Trim and attach coordinating sentiment.

Card #5 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Attach die cut, add ribbon bow and button with twine bow. Attach wood stars. Trim sentiment and attach.

Card #6 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow. Trim sentiment, punch small hole thread twine through and tie to ribbon bow. Mat embossed yardstick with yellow patterned paper and attach. Attach buttons and pearls. Attach die cut word.

Tags - Attach patterned paper. Add twine pieces for hangers. Trim sentiments and attach. Add die cut flower, buttons and twine bows.

Inside cards - Use additional sentiments to attach to the insides of the cards. There are several different ways you can combine the sentiments to coordinate with the front of the card so choose whats best for your occasion.

This is Life Greetings - September Creative Cards

Hi Crafty Friends, This month I'm happy to bring you the This is life Creative Cards kit. I've been loving navy lately, especially paired with yellow and magenta. Below are a few additional tips and tricks fro putting your cards together. Enjoy your kits!

Card #1 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Attach scallop circle and arrow die cuts. Tie ribbon bow and attach. Attach heart die cut and button with twine with sentiment attached.

Card #2 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a knot. Attach star to paperclip and attach to card. Attach die cut letters to the white mat, mat with yellow patterned paper and attach. Attach twine and button to ribbon. trim and attach sentiment.

Card #3 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow. Attach patterned paper and die cut sentiment. Attach button. Trim butterfly pattern and mat with yellow, attach to card. Trim sentiment and attach.

Card #4 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around the card and tie in a bow. Attach twine, jewel and sentiment. Attach printed sentiment and heart die cut.

Card #5 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a knot. Attach twine bow. Attach arrow die cut. Attach white yardstick strip and attach buttons.

Card #6 - Fold cardstock to form card base.  Attach patterned paper. Trim ribbon shape sentiment from patterned paper and attach. Tie two small ribbon knots and attach. Attach tag, die cut sentiment and twine bow. Attach jewels.

Tag #1 - Fold cardstock to form tag and attach patterned paper. Punch hole and add twine for tag hanger. Trim sentiment and attach. trim cloud shapes from patterned paper and attach. Attach arrow die cut and button with twine bow.

Tag #2 - Fold cardstock to form tag and attach patterned paper. Punch hole and add twine to form hanger. Tie a knot with ribbon and attach. Attach die cut circle. Trim sentiment,punch hole and add twine, tie in a bow and attach button.

 

Each card has a white envelope. Attach the printed sentiments inside the card as indicated on the printed page. I added gray pen details on some of the cards and some gray ink to edges, you can do the same if desired.

DIY Greetings - August Creative Cards

This cute kit is sure to get you motivated to craft all kinds of DIY cards. Kit includes all the supplies to create the 6 cards and 2 tags shown. Copy my designs exactly or mix and match the die cuts, ribbons and embellishments to create some original cards of your own. It's so easy to do because everything coordinates!

Here are some helpful tips and tricks for putting your cards together.

Card #1 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow. Ink edges of embossed tag and color embossed flower with markers, attach to card under the ribbon.  Trim sentiment and attach. Add pen details if desired.

Card #2 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Attach patterned paper tag. Tie bow and attach. Attach banner die cut and heart die cut. Trim sentiment and attach. Add pen details if desired.

Card #3 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Wrap twine around patterned paper several time and tie in a bow, attach to card base. Trim sentiment and attach. Layer banner die cuts and flower die cuts and attach to card. Add pen details if desired.

Card #4 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow. Attach all the patterned paper pieces as shown ( round corners if desired). Trim sentiment and attach. Add pen details if desired.

Card #5 -  Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Mat striped patterned paper with cardstock and attach. Attach flower die cut. Thread twine through button and tie in a bow, attach to flower center. Trim sentiment and attach. Add pen details if desired. Attach sequins randomly around card (everyone will have different colors).

Card #6 - Fold die cut card base. ink edges of card. Attach sentiment in card window opening. Attach grass die cut. Layer flower die cuts and attach. Tie bow and attach. *** This card has a 5x7 envelope! Place your card in the envelope, fold the excess over and decorate as shown. This is just a fun way to use and decorate envelopes!

Tags - Attach patterned paper. Thread twine through tag and tie off. Trim sentiments and attach. Add pen details if desired. Tie ribbon bows and attach. Add button and sequins to embellish.

 

Inside your cards - There are several sentiments left over, use these inside your cards to coordinate with the sentiment on the outside of the card.

Summertime Greetings - July Creative Cards

Summertime is big bold and bright... Put on your shades for this kit, its filled with the colors of summer. It was a joy to create these cards and I hope you feel the same when you get some creative time with your kit. These cards, colors, embellishments and sentiments just make me feel flat out happy inside!

Card 1- Fold card stock and attach patterned paper. Trim sentiment and attach. Tie a ribbon bow and attach. Tie a twine bow around the curly ribbons and attach to the card. Attach buttons down the side of the card.

Card 2 - Fold card stock and attach patterned paper. Punch small hole in the fold of the card. Thread ribbon through and tie in a bow. Trim sentiment and attach. Layer the popsicle pieces and attach to the card. Trim small sentiment and attach.

Card 3 -  Fold card stock and attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around the card and tie in a know. Tie a twine bow around the curly ribbon pieces and attach. Trim sentiment, mat with patterned paper and attach.

Card 4 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around the card and tie in a bow. Trim sentiment and attach. Attach Heart die cuts.

Card 5 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Thread buttons with twine and tie in bows at the ends, glue ends of twine bows and the buttons. Trim sentiment, mat and attach.

Card 6 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around the card and tie in a bow. Layer flower, leaf and flower center and attach. Thread button with twine and attach. Trim sentiment and attach.

Tags - Attach patterned paper. Thread twine through hole in the tag and tie off. Trim sentiments, mat and attach. Attach bow, button and twine to one tag. Layer flower die cut, button and twine and attach to the other tag.

Card Insides - I've included white inserts for the dark colored tags. You can trim out additional coordinating sentiments and attach over the white inserts. You can also use these extra small sentiments inside the white cards.

Home Sweet Home Greetings - June Creative Cards

Good grief... where is this year going? I can't believe its June! Let me introduce you to my brand new kit Home Sweet Home Greetings. Such a sweet collection of little houses, gnomes, mushrooms, trees and a bunch of happy sentiments to send to all your family and friends! I used markers to color in some of the black and white art on the sentiments page, for example I colored the flowers yellow. I also added some light tan ink to the edges of some of the sentiments. Color copies are provided in your kit and all the cards have white envelopes with the exception of the two small 3x3 cards that I intended to have twine hangers and used as tags. Here are some more tips and trips for putting your cards together. Hope you enjoy your creative time!

Card 1 Fold card stock and attach patterned paper. Trim sentiment and mat with brown card stock, attach with pop dots. Trim flowers and color with markers if desired, attach and add rhinestones. Tie  a bow with gingham ribbon and hot glue to small clothes pin.  Clip clothes pin to the top of the sentiment.

Card 2 Fold card stock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Trim sentiment and mat with patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around the card and tie in a bow. Thread twine through button and tie in a bow, attach to center of the ribbon. Attach garden stake die cut and heart die cut.

Card 3 and 4 (tags) Fold card stock. Attach patterned paper. Punch hole in corner of the card and add twine. Wrap twine around card and tie in a bow or knot (add button to the red card). Trim sentiments and attach. Attach die cuts.

Card 5 Fold card stock. Attach patterned paper. Trim sentiment and mat with navy card stock, attach. Trim around gnome patterned paper and attach to scallop circle, attach to card. Color flowers with markers and add pearl centers.

Card 6 Fold card stock. Attach patterned paper. Trim sentiment and color, attach with pop dots. Tie a ribbon bow and attach. Thread twine through button and tie in a bow, attach to ribbon. Attach bloom die cut.

Card 7 Fold card stock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Attach kraft tag die cut and add button and twine bow. Trim around house patterned paper and attach (you house may be a little different than mine). Trim sentiment and attach. Attach blue velvet ribbon to top and bottom of sentiment , trim off edges.

Card 8 Fold ease die cut to form card base. Attach patterned paper (round corner if desired). Attach twine and die cut hearts. Attach cream card stock to the back of the Hugs sentiment and attach.

Best Day Ever Greetings - May Creative Cards

Hello Crafty Friends, Im so happy to bring this card kit to you! I'm loving how the cards turned out and I hope you enjoy a little bit of creative time putting them together. The cards all have white envelopes. The small 3x3 cards are intended to be used as tags and do not have envelopes. I added some colored ink to accent the edges of some die cuts and added some grey pen detail, you can do this too, to add a little extra detail. Have fun! I'm already started on a new kit and can't wait to share it with you!

Card 1 - Attach white cardstock to card base. Layer flower and leaves and attach. Trim sentiment and attach.

Card 2 - Attach patterned paper to card. Layer flowers and attach. Attach leaves and bow. Thread twine through buttons and attach. Trim sentiment, mat with patterned paper and attach.

Mini Tag Card 3 and 4 - Fold 3x6 inch pieces of cardstock in half. Attach patterned paper. punch hole in top corner and attach twine if you want to use them as a tag. Thread twine through button and tie in a bow, attach. Trim sentiments, trim around scallops and attach.

Card 5 - Attach patterned paper to card. Round corners of white square mat and attach to card. Trim sentiment and trim around scallop edges. Attach clouds, flower and cake stand die cuts. Embellish with pearl.

Card 6 - Attach patterned paper to card. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow. Trim sentiments and attach. Attach buttons. Attach flower, small piece of twine and button to card.

Card 7 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Layer polka dot frosting on to cake and attach to card. Layer flame pieces on to candle and attach to cake. Punch a small hole in foul of card and thread through twine, then tie in a bow around the card. Trim sentiment, cut around scallop and attach.

Word Play Greetings - April Creative Cards

Text type has been trendy for some time now and there's no sign of this popular trend letting up. This kit, Word Play Greetings, gives you tons of options to create your own personal greetings for the cards you are creating. Here are some tips and tricks for putting your cards together.

Card 1- Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow. Thread twine through button and tie in a bow. Attach large star die cut. Trim sentiments and attach. Attach buttons.

Card 2- Attach patterned paper. Attach tag. Tie bow and attach to tag. Tie twine in bow and attach to ribbon bow. Layer flower and attach. Trim sentiments and attach. Attach heart die cut. Trim sentiment and attach to small tag, attach under bow. Embellish with small pearl.

Card 3 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Attach smile die cut to star paper and attach. Trim sentiments and attach. Attach small flower die cuts and embellish with pearls.

Card 4 - Fold cardstock to create a 4x4 card. Attach patterned paper. Trim and place sentiment in opening on the tab die cut, fold and attach. Wrap twine around card several times and tie in a bow. Attach flowers and button to center of flower on patterned paper, your flowers may be slightly different,place your flower according to your taste. Trim sentiment and attach.

Card 5- Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Attach die cut heart. Trim sentiment and attach.

 

Card 6 - Sorry i'm missing a photo of this one. Reference the overall photo here - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Layer cream or white cardstock behind the heart card die cut. Attach. Fold over tab die cut and attach, attach flower and embellish with a pearl. Tie a bow and attach. Thread button with twine and tie in a bow. Trim sentiment and attach.

Tags- Thread ribbon through holes for hanger. Attach patterned paper, sentiments, buttons, twine and die cuts as shown. For the bow die cut, just fold edges over to center and glue in place, when dry then attach to the card.

Sunshine Greetings - March Creative Cards

Hello Spring! So glad you've popped over to get a few more tips and tricks for putting your March card kits together. Sunshine Greetings was so much fun to design I love these bold bright colors and I hope you do too. I'll give some brief tips for anything that might not be obvious in the photos. The cards have white envelopes with the exception of the 3x3 card which has a clear envelope. You can add black or grey pen details as desired.

Card 1 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Trim sentiment and mat with green heart patterned paper and attach. Add pearls to corners to embellish. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in bow. Layer flower and button (add twine) and attach.

Card 2- Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper and embossed paper. Trim sentiment and attach. Tie a bow with yellow ribbon and attach. Layer flower, button (add twine), and leaves and attach.

Card 3 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach embossed paper and patterned paper. Attach striped ribbon and trim excess off edges even with the card. Attach cloud and sun die cuts. Trim sentiment and attach. Add twine to button and attach.

Card 4 Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper.  Layer and attach the ice cream cone die cuts. Add twine to button and attach to top of ice cream cone. Trim sentiment and attach.

Card 5 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon round card and tie in a bow. Trim sentiment, mat with patterned paper and attach. Punch white brads through flower die cuts and attach. Attach leaves.

Card 6 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Wrap twine around card and tie in a bow. Trim sentiment, mat with patterned paper and attach. Add grey center to butterfly or color center with grey marker and attach butterfly die cut.

Tags- Thread buttons with twine and tie in a bow. Layer die cut flowers and buttons and attach to the tags. Trim sentiments and attach. Add twine through tag holes for hangers.
