Creative Cards Homeschool - October

Hi All... just a few tips and tricks to help you out with your cards this month. I used a tan and green colored ink to distress the edges of some parts of the card you can add this if you like this look or leave it off.

Just a Tweet card - Ink the edges of your wood embossed paper and layer on to card with patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow. Ink edges of tree if desired and attach along with bird cut out. Trim out sentiment, ink and attach to card. Add floss to button and attach.

October 2010 1 

Attach patterned paper to card base. Attach lace and trim edges even with the edges of the card. Punch out the scallop shape label and attach to card. Trim out sentiment and attach to label. Wrap ribn around card and tie. Add buttons.

October card 2 

Telephone card - Attach patterned paper to card base. Align scallop border with patterned paper mat and trim edges, attach to card. Layer flowers and add floss to button attach to card. Trim out sentiment, mat with green paper and attach to card. Tie ribbon in to bow and attach to card.

October card 3 

Tree card - Attach patterned paper to card. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow. Trim out sentiment and mat with aqua paper and attach to card. Attach heart die cut.

October card 4 

Bird card - Attach red patterned paper to bottome of card. Trim away top portion of red die cut right underneath the holes. This will make it the right size. Attach to card. Mat patterned paper with ivory mat and attach to card. Attach bird after adding ink to edges of bird. Tie ribbon in a bow and attach. Trim sentiment and attach.
