Creative Cards Homeschool Kit- January

January Valentine collage Paypal for the Valentine Kit

January Kits... Here are a few additional tips and tricks you might find helpful when making your cards.

I did use some creamy brown chalk ink to distress some of the edges of my cards. Since distressing is such a personal preference I thought I would let you decide if you liked it then you could add it.

January 1 The Bird card... Pretty much all you need to know here is how to layer the colors on the bird.

You'll notice you may have some die cuts that look chopped off. Thats because you won't need the whole thing and I like to get the most out of my paper.

Start with your whole tan colored bird, do not cut this one at all, trim the red bird as shown and glue it OVER the tan bird, trim the excess off the pink flower and glue it over the tan flower. Add to you card with pop dots and attach the branch. Now you can add the pearl and rhinestone. This card has two white pieces one goes on the inside and one goes on the outside.

January2

This card comes with a clear envelope. This card has two pieces of white paper that are the same size. One is stamped with Happy Birthday, it goes on the inside of the card. The other is for the outside.

Pretty simple here just assemble as you see it.

I did use a pop dot under the pink scallop rectangle.

Januay4

Trim your sentiment along the blue outline, I attached it with a pop dot.

January5

Mat your patterned paper to the green cardsctock. Wrap the ribbon around those pieces and tie in a knot then attach to the card base. Glue the flower and buttons to the ribbon

Thank you so much for your patronage. We hope you love your kit. Please email me if you have any questions.
