Creative Cards Homeschool Kit - August

Hi Ladies... Hope you enjoy your August kits. I've noted a few special tips and tricks for completing your cards. Happy Crafting

Happy Birthday... To embellish the party hats, you'll notice that they have an adhesive back on the cardstock. Do not cut any part of the blue hat. Cut away the yellow stripes with the polka dots and the yellow top and attach over the coordinating layers on the blue hat. Then attach the red rhinestone with glue.  Use the remaining confetti pieces to decorate the patterned paper as shown or you can even use them on your envelope.  *Note you'll need to trim the white insert for this card it was measured wrong.

August photos 050[1] Thinking of you... Wrap your pink ribbon around the card and tie in a knot. Punch two small holes in the scallop circle so now it looks like a button. Wrap your aqua ribbon around the inside of the card to the front and then thread on the scallop circle and the button. Pull all the ribbon through and tie in a bow. Add a dab of glue of sticky dot if needed (this ribbon is slippery). Thats the most complicated i'll ever get with a card I promise! :)

Hi... Super simple I think you'll do just fine with this one.

Thank You... For the lace, run a strip of double sided adhesive the entire width of the card. Now lay down one edge of the lace then fold back and stick, fold back and stick and repeat across the whole card. Stick down the other edge and trim off the excess. Tie the red ribbon on and scoot down over the raw edge of the lace.

If you have any questions at all please fell free to email me and i'm happy  to help.

Enjoy! Deena
