Our house is under construction again for painting. What an undertaking... thinking we should have moved. Its like a circus around here... nothing is in its place, nothing is hooked up (including our heater on the coldest three days of So. Cal winter, oh, and we have no window covering up and two open holes in our front and back doors... you get it, it's cold!), no computers (you'd think the world was ending, but two girls need to do homework!), no kitchen (eating out several meals a day x's 4 people, which doesn't sound bad till you have a real craving for a glass of your own ice tea and a pineapple Chobani yogurt), you really need windex so you have your daughter climb under the dining room table that is in front of your kitchen sink, no carpet (ouch to tack strips and splinters), no door knobs (so little eyes peek in when you are going potty and ask if I have any graph paper, and the funniest thing is it is in the bathroom), ummmm no laundry (outfits are getting better by the day) and on and on and on.
Bet if you've ever had your house painted you know just where i'm coming from.
