Happy Spring Everyone! Here are a few tips and tricks for putting together your cards this month. Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions.
**edited** Seems like i've had a little blog mishap over the last few months and a few months of tips and tricks are missing. I'm working on reposting all of these but if you find that you have a question before I get it up just email me... i'd be happy to help.
Card 1- Attach patterned paper to card base. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow. Apply glue pen to the back of the mason jar die cut, attach vellum to glue and trim off excess around jar. Attach the three hearts to the patterned paper and cover with mason jar (you can use the glue pen on this as well). Attach sentiment.
Card 2 - Easter card - Well... :) I mistakenly cut my sample card bigger than the ones I had prepared for the kits. The ones for the kits fit in the envelopes provided. The problem you will have is that all the pieces won't fit on your card base as shown. What I would recommend is putting the sentiment on the inside. You can trim down the yellow paper and the bunny paper to fit as well. Or you can cut a larger white card base. Attach the flowers and small twine bow with a little white glue and allow to dry. Wrap your ribbon around and tie in a bow. Sorry about this one gals... sometimes mistakes happen, and it drives me nuts :)
Card 3 - Attach patterned heart to embossed card. Attach bow, button and sentiment. Ink edges of sentiment if desired.
Card 4 - Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow. Ink edges of sentiment, cut angled edge and attach. Attach flower die cut. Tie twine through button holes and attach.
Card 5 - Trim sentiment and round edges if desired. Ink edges and attach. Tie ribbon in a knot and attach to card. Attach buttons and glitter to the heart.
Card 6 - Attach patterned paper to card base. Trim letters with scissors to spell out hello. Attach to card. Tie bow and and attach to card. Attach flower button.
Card 7 - Attach patterned paper. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow. Trim sentiment, ink edges and attach to card. Ink edges of die cut heart and attach. Tie twine through button holes and attach.
Tags- Attach circle shapes to flowers as shown. Punch holes and add ribbon. Attach white scallop circle to back of flowers and add to:/From: sentiment with pen. Ink edges and/or outline with a marker.
