Hi Everyone, Here are a few tips and tricks for puttting together this months cards. Remember there are several options for sentiments. Swap out any of the sentiments on the page or use the ones i've shown, for example you can use the Mothers day sentiment or the Birthday Wishes.This months kit has 6 cards and 2 matching tags. Envelopes included, the small clear one is for the 3x3 card.
Card 1- Fold card base and attach patterned paper. Wrap a piece of twine around embossed button cardstock and then attach. Attach button and heart. Trim sentiment, add pen detail if desired and attach.
Card 2 - Attach patterend paper. Trim,ink and add pen detail to sentiment. Mat sentiment with green cardstock and attach. Punch hole in front of card, just above green mat and just to the right of the fold. Thread cream twine through hole and tie in a bow. Attach blue flower button. Thread red twine through button and attach two cream buttons. Lay down a line of double sided adhesive below green mat. Gather navy seam binding ribbon and attach in a gethered pattern, trim off edges.
Card 3 - Fold card base and attach patterned paper. Ink floral embossed cardstock and attach. Trim sentiment, ink, add pen detail and attach (I trimmed mine in to a pointed edge on one side). Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow.
Card 4 - I used the Mothers Day sentiment but the Birhday Wishes sentiment can be subbed out :) Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterened paper. Wrap ribbon around card and tie in a bow. Attach embossed cardstock. Trim sentiment, ink, add pen detail and mat with green scallop square die cut, then attach to card. Attach two buttons.
Card 5 - Fold cardstock to form card base. Attach patterned paper. Attach navy blue label die cut. Attach lace trim with white glue and trim edges. Trim sentiment, ink, add pen detail and attach. Tie ribbon in bow and attach.
Card 6 - Attach two patterns of patterned paper to card base. Trim sentiment, ink, add pen detail and attach. Trim additional sentiment and attach. Layer flowers and attach. Attach scallop circle punch. Thread button with floss and attach.
Tags - Trim to/from from sentiment page, ink, add pen detail and attach to tags. Use red/white twine to create tag hanger. Use for gift giving with a matching card.
